License to South Florida Locals

By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Display, host, and distribute your content on our platform
• Format and adapt content for technical requirements
• Use content for marketing and promotional purposes
• Archive content for legal and operational purposes

Content Moderation

• Editorial Control: We may edit, refuse, remove, or reclassify listings at our discretion
• Ranking: We determine listing placement and ranking algorithms
• No Endorsement: Listing presence or ranking doesn’t constitute our endorsement

Review Guidelines

Users may submit reviews and ratings. All user-generated content must comply with these guidelines:
